Apex Identity Group helps leaders and organizations move from AI experimentation to AI execution with workflow redesign, practical training, and the operating structure that makes adoption actually stick.
The Problem
You have access to ChatGPT, Copilot, and half a dozen AI tools your team downloaded last quarter. What you are missing is not more tools. It is structure.
There is a gap between having AI access and actually changing how work gets done. Most teams fall into it. They explore, they demo, they experiment and then they go back to working the same way they always have.
That gap is where Apex Identity Group works.
What We Do
Not awareness training. Not another workshop that leaves everyone inspired but unchanged. Actual workflow redesign, prompt architecture, team enablement, and the governance that makes new habits stick.
"Built on operational discipline, not theory."
Apex Identity Group is led by Eronda, who built her career inside Amazon, one of the most operationally rigorous organizations in the world. That background shapes how every engagement is designed: with clear outcomes, structured execution, and a commitment to results that outlast the engagement.

The Story
I spent years at Amazon operating inside one of the most demanding and execution-focused organizations in the world. That experience taught me something I now bring to every client engagement: real change requires structure, not just inspiration.
I left Amazon to build Apex Identity Group because I kept watching a pattern repeat itself. Leaders and teams were genuinely curious about AI. They were experimenting. They had tools. What they didn't have was a system. A clear, operational approach to integrating AI in a way that actually changed how work got done.
That is the problem I set out to solve.
"Lead from who you are.
Scale with how you work."
My Approach
Every engagement begins with a conversation about how you actually work — what is eating your time, where decisions slow down, what your team is doing manually that should be systematized. From there, we design the engagement around your specific context.
You will leave with something real: a working system, a set of playbooks, a prompt architecture, or an advisory relationship — depending on what you need.
Background
Amazon gave me a specific set of skills: the ability to identify where work breaks down, to build the systems that fix it, and to hold the standard required for real execution. That is the lens I use for AI integration not as a technology initiative, but as a ways-of-working initiative with clear business outcomes.
What I Do
Apex Identity Group works with executives, functional leaders, and organizations that are serious about working smarter. My job is to help them close the distance between AI access and AI adoption — through workflow audits, structured training, custom playbooks, and advisory support that stays in it until the change is real.
I bring a practitioner's lens to every engagement. I am not here to sell you on AI. I am here to help you work differently because of it.
30 minutes. No pitch. Just a real conversation about whether and how we can work together.
Book a Discovery CallEvery engagement starts with a discovery conversation. We scope from there — building something designed for your specific situation, not a prepackaged curriculum.
Pricing
Pricing is determined by engagement type, organization size, and duration. Every engagement begins with a no-cost discovery call. We scope together before anything is on the table.
There are no packages on the shelf. There is a conversation first.
What's Consistent
That is exactly what the discovery call is for. Let's talk through where you are and what you actually need.
